Here is a list of people (in my opinion) who's resources can be found online who really understand the emotion of anxiety. Of course there are many more but here's the current list in my head based on reading the web.

Some of these resources are free, some are paid for resources. It is important to point out that any 'paid for' resources are not originating from a standpoint of profiteering, many of these resources are backed up by personnel/infrastructures that require financial injection for their continuation. They are not trying to make a 'quick buck' from the sufferings of others.
Each of these resources understand the key drivers behind anxiety reinvention ... ourselves.
As stated elsewhere on this site, anxiety is not a thing, it is an action.
The core message is the same:
Because anxiety IS the fight.
Anxiety IS the struggle. The more you struggle the more anxious you get.
Give up the struggle, give up the anxiety.
Because if you truly give up the fight, if you truly give up the struggle you can't be anxious.
As with any habit, we can stop the action, but the physical responses may linger for a time.
There is a big difference in understanding between
1) Don't fight
2) Don't fight it.
1) Stop struggling
2) Stop struggling with it
In both these examples '1' the correct understanding, whereas '2' implies an incorrect understanding as it invents an separate external or internal agent (anxiety). There is no 'it' doing anything. 'It' is the action, the activity, the doing.
The identification of '2' is common across most anxiety assistance literature.
"How to beat anxiety", "how to cure anxiety" etc.
Anxiety is an activity, a doing, a verb.
The big difference as indicated above is the understanding that anxiety is not an illness. It is not happening to you any more than swimming is always happening to you when you decide to go swimming every day.

To be free is to observe the absurdity of a mentally created prisoner trying to escape a mentally created prison. To be free is to observe this absurdity and with this observation to know without question you have always been free.
Anxious, panicked, fearful ... these are not things, these are not entities, these are not nouns. They are not what we are. They are verbs, they are only what we 'do'. Understand this.
To phrase this a different way, if you go swimming you don't 'have swimming', when you drive to work you don't have 'driving to work'.
These are your actions, even if you do them every day.
You can't 'have anxiety', you engage in anxious behaviour. If you do this often you mistakenly believe you 'have' it. You don't.
When you 'do' anxiety your body reacts accordingly with elevations in energy, and a sharpening of experience. But this isn't happening to you. This is your physiology responding to your incorrect belief that there is some sort of external agent at play.
Your elevations in physical energy and subsequent sluggishness are only your body responding exactly the way it should in response to your beliefs.
Anxiety is not an error.
Persistent anxiety is not an error.
Do not be impressed by it.
